Doors open at 6:30 pm.

All Contestants will be featured in an Opening Fashion Runway Introduction. Contestants with the highest composite scores from the Preliminary Interview, Active Wear (TEEN) or Swimsuit (MISS), and Evening Gown Competitions will be announced as Semi-Finalists and compete in the Semi-Final Active Wear or Swimsuit and Semi-Final Gown Competitions narrowing the field to a Top 5 (TEEN) and Top 5 (MISS). After the Top 5 On Stage Interviews, we will say farewell to our reigning titleholders, present some special awards, and crown Miss Oklahoma Teen USA 2023 and Miss Oklahoma USA 2023.
